# Tokenomics

Nexchain’s tokenomics model supports network security, ecosystem growth, and long-term participation through controlled vesting and strategic token allocation.

The total supply is capped at **1,000,000,000 NEX**. At TGE, **109,891,000 NEX (10.99%)** enters circulation, while most non-public allocations begin with **0% unlocked**, helping limit potential sell pressure at launch.

Supply is managed through scheduled token burns and a buyback-and-burn mechanism funded by **25% of network gas and AI fees**.
